Note 10plus battery enable Fast Charging even I don't want that

As you read, as soon as I charge my phone, it enable Fast Charging even if I keep that disable. 

This is not good for my battery that getting very very hot ...

I can disable it when it's in charge, this is abnormal too

Can you watch on yours ?

I already wipe cache partition...and clear cache and data of Device Care

Please note:

• While charging, you cannot activate or deactivate this feature.

• You cannot use the built-in fast charging feature when you charge the battery using a standard battery charger.

• If the device heats up or the ambient air temperature rises, the charging speed may decrease automatically. This is a normal operating condition to prevent damage to the device.

I can disable Fast Charging  on my device when charging...this is a bug...this is why i'm asking here about this particulary problem.. i tried without success to make a screen recording to show it here

Hi Cassidy, I would suggest you generate an error report. Please use the Samsung Members app to generate the error report by using the below link so that the team can review the Log Files. In step 5, please select the "Application" category. It's a bug that needs to be fixed with update, it was on 2 of my A70 devices even with 25 w fast charging disabled they still fast charge you have to toggle it to on and off. This always the case after a reset or phone turns off and back on.
