Does anyone know what time they rollout the update?

My general rule of thumb is that if the update hasn't landed by 12:20 it probably won't get here until morning/afternoon. I don't sleep until pretty late anyways so I'm going to be up for a while, but I'm not really expecting it tonight anymore.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that it's after midnight your local time zone.

If it was Eastern Time across Canada, then people in Vancouver, would potentially start receiving the update 3 hours before the date scheduled.

ie: If the update was available in Ottawa at 12:01 am on the 18th, and it was released across Canada based on E.S.T. people in Vancouver would start receiving the update at 8:01pm on the 17th which isn't going to happen.

You are correct. It's 10:09 pm in Alberta but no updates yet.
