 My Note 20 Ultra us randomly freezing then rebooting. Most of these times it happened is when I am opening up my Camera.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 

Try to reboot the device and check. Sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues.
Also, make sure that the Camera app and phone are updated to the latest version.

Please try to clear the cache, data and force stop the Camera app. Follow the below steps to clear the cache and data of the Camera App:
Open Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear cache. If the issue still persists, choose the ''Clear data''.
To force stop the app: Open Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Force Stop.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.

Please try to wipe the cache partition of your device and check.
Follow the below steps:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and Power key.
- When the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo appears release all the keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.

Please follow the below steps to verify the phone in a safe mode.
Safe mode to check if added apps are causing problems. This mode loads only basic system software and it disables third-party applications.
Here are the steps for Safe mode:
1. After turning off the phone, turn it on.
2. Once the Samsung logo has started, press and hold the volume down button.
3. When the home screen appears, the safe mode is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen.
How to deactivate safe mode.
1. Press and hold the power button.
2. Tap Restart.
