Note 20 Ultra Heating Issue

I am experiencing extreme heat while using the phone... Does anyone experiencing same?

Hi jgohil,

Could you please elaborate on the issue you are facing. Is your Note 20 Ultra heating up while using any particular app? 

Try to boot your phone in Safe Mode and check the device in Safe Mode. Follow the below steps to boot your device in Safe Mode.

First Method: Hold down the Power button for a couple of seconds and choose Restart. Enter your passcode to restart the device. When the phone vibrates push Volume Down key until you see the lock screen. Release this key if Safe Mode appears. 

Second Method: Press the Power button for a couple of seconds. Now tap Power off until Safe Mode menu shows up. After that pick Safe Mode icon two times to open it.

Hi Kinsley whenever My mobile data turns on and I don't use the phone it starts heating.

mostly devices get heat for over using

Try to disable 5G comms. You won't miss it. Go to Settings, Connections, Mobile Networks and then select the Network Mode option and pick GSM/HSPA/LTE (might appear with WCDMA in there somewhere instead too, it's normal)
