Note 20 ultra lock screen

I have set face unlock and fingerprint combined with a pattern..

The problem i am encountering is that i need to enter the pattern almost twice or thrice a day with no option to use biometrics..

What can I do to solve it

Settings →Lock Screen →Screen Lock Type

Under Biometrics, do you have Face and Fingerprints enable?

The reason is if you do not use your phone for a while it might be disable the biometrics. I am experiencing the same issue.

I think that is caused by Google Smart Lock under Google security.

If your phone not touched in 4 hours, it will lock it up and require manual unlock.
