Im with bell, signed up the exchange on samsung website my self and received confirmation email from samsung on sept. 9th, it says on the email that i should start to hear news from them on sept. 15th, i got a call from stericycle on the 17th asking me where would i want to pick uo my phone which is weird because when i complete the form i choose to pick up my unit where i buy it which is bell, anyway this time i told them that i want to pick it up in samsung store near my place (burnaby bc). never heard any news till now. im really disappointed because im paying for this phone and not using it that much. is anyone here in the same boat as i am? tell me your progress, thanks

weird.... try to contact samsung canada directly on their page, usually thry send you a PM on facebook. i got my replacement last week

how long did it take you to get your replacement? I submitted on Sept 10 and got an automated email on the 13th but no word yet. Just curious how long I should expect it to take. thanks!
