Hi,

I can't seem to find this anywhere else but I have a problem with my new IconX . Everything works fine (Music, Starting Exercises, sync with Samsung Health). The only thing that I can't figure out is why my Heart Rate isn't showing at all in Samsung Health ? Even if I start an exercise manually, the little icon that supposed to show the HR isn't even there. Looks like my IconX isn't sending any Heart Rate data at all.

I tried different wingtips, resetting through the Gear app... Am I missing something ?

Have you tried scrolling to the bottom of your list and then selecting "Manage Items" then make sure Heart Rate is one of the items turned on. After that you can select the heart rate section, click the 3 dots in the top right corner and then select accessories and make sure that your IconX is a register accessory for heart rate.

Hi DJTracker, I did some review about new iconx 2018. They did removed the HR from the iconx to improve battery life. For the old iconx, it has HR built-in, but battery life is short. About 2 hrs. Now the new iconx has no HR and battery life can up to 4-5 hrs.

Above news from searching Google iconx 2018 reviews.

Wow! I would never guessed that as the manual is talking about HR!

Thanks for the heads up !
