Hi I have noticed that when my phone switches from 3g to LTE the call drops. I am will Bell in Canada. Calls also end or drop when I switch from hands free to non handsfree. Anyone heard of this?
I already got a new SIM card and resety phone.

Hi @Bright79,
I would contact your carrier about this—I agree with @ShaggyskunkS9P, this sounds like a network issue. Hopefully they'll be able to help!
Cheers,
Sabrina

I'm on Freedom Mobile but I was having this happen as well and was informed that it was due to VoLTE, I believe it's not refined yet and when your network switches the device can drop the calls while switching.
Go to Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - and turn VoLTE off.
Test that out for the week and see if that helps.
