I just bought Note 9 15 days back and I am with Fido. I do have issues like call dropping and not connecting to the network issue.

Any suggestions?

Contact Fido - Sounds like it's possibly a SIM issue - Get Fido to give you a new SIM 🕊

I would start with the carrier... Fido in this case...and see if 8ts a signal issue or SIM or device

Hey @Jgohill, as others have said, try contacting Fido support to see if it is a carrier issue.
