Hi, can you please be more specific about the issue. Are you not getting calls when you connected your device to the car with Bluetooth?

So determined it's something with andriod auto as bkuetoith calls work when I uninstalled it. However the issue is when in andriod auto the calls come in the screen as though the call is hands free but it only comes through on the cell phone device even when the Bluetooth symbol is on snd the it flashes green on wnd off like trying to connect the call. Same with my 3 friends on all their cars and same phone.

Hi, that's unfortunate! If your car is listed as a supported model but Android Auto isn't working, try updating your infotainment system.

We request you to please try the below steps and check if your issue is solved.

  • Unplug your phone from the car.
  • Open the Android Auto app on your phone.
  • Select Menu > Settings > Connected cars.
  • Uncheck the box next to the Add new cars to Android Auto setting.
  • Try plugging your phone into the car again.

Note: Make sure the car is compatible with Android Auto and that Android Auto is turned on.

Thanks, it's works for everyone else with their samsung phones but the note 20 ultras. Even happens when hard wired. Seems like the car is good for bluetooth but moment andriod auto loads it's no dice. I tried with my s7 plus and that worked ... seems it's a note 20 ultra issue
