Hello,
My husband and I both have the Samsung Note 9. We are not receiving some calls. Not sure why. The numbers are not blocked. 
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Also calls that do come through have Asian witings.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem also on my Note9. It began after a mid December 2021 Android update and I'm still dealing with it. Extremely frustrating ! !
I've exhausted all avenues of troubleshooting. . . Exasperated, I decided to order a new S22 Ultra which hopefully will eliminate the technical issue ! So you're not alone and I thank you for posting your comment ! !

This seems to be a common problem with Note 9 since December 2021 Android update. My wife and I are having exactly the same problem. Both Samsung and our network provider Rogers is unable to provide any help. Takes my trust away from Samsung cell phones! ☹️

Hello All,

I am with Rogers' Canada and I too  am experiencing the same issues ... my phone would ring when my kids' apple phones call would ring yet my partner's Samsung and my work  Samsung phone wouldn't ring.. spent over an hour in  Rogers yesterday looking for a solution ... nothing switch sims and to different phones and  it worked then put my sim back into my note 9 and nothing ... very frustrating and I hope Samsung comes up with a solution soon ... would know if people call if they left a voice message  and or text

It is very frustrating Rick! I too have exhausted all avenues to resolve the issue, which remains the same. I am missing calls from my business, doctor etc.

Hi, we suggest you to enable WiFi calling and check. Also try inserting different carrier sim card and check.
