Note 9 Pie update - Package file is invalid

Anyone know why this happens? I've downloaded the update 5 times now, only to get the same popup every time. Gets to 100%, then the error. Tried wifi and data. Haven't tried with Smart Switch yet.

Hard to say, maybe use the device maintenance to clean temp files, reboot, and try again. Trying smart switch is also a good idea.

Yeah, I'll give Smart Switch a try tonight. Unfortunately, I can't install programs on my work computer or I'd just do it now.

Another thing that you could try - Factory Reset your device after you use mobile Smart Switch (to your external sd card) So you wouldn't need to use your computer - Yeah I know that it's maybe more drastic than you might want to go - But it IS an option if you can't seem to get the OTA 😉
BTW - You could also try Booting into Recovery & just wiping cache - less drastic.

I got a message saying my update failed and to contact a Samsung center but everything is fine . weird
