Note 9 video blur while recording

Hi 

I am trouble with my phone. If I record the video in 1.0 X zoom ( Normal mode without any zoom) then video is blurry. If I record at 2.0 X zoom then video recording is working fine. 

So far I tried clearing cache memory  of camera app, restarted the phone but no luck 

Kindly provide me the solution for it

Please test whether a third-party app is causing the issue by restarting your device in Safe Mode.

no luck .. even I am not able to take pictures in normal mode..

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

While taking pictures, please try tapping the image on the preview screen where the camera should focus. To change the focus while recording a video, tap where you want to focus. You can also use auto focus.

I did that already.. but no luck

Did you try resetting your device? If not, I suggest you to back up your data and try resetting your device. I hope this will resolve the issue. If you are still experiencing the issue, then your device needs to be examined by Samsung authorized technician.

Before resetting, which is the last resort, try manually focusing in Pro Mode. Can your phone focus when you do it manually?

nah.. manual focus is not working
