Galaxy NoteSince the last update, I have not been able to get into the call details of my recent calls. As soon as I click the details button the app hangs until it crashes. I have rebooted the phone multiple times.
Thoughts?

Galaxy NoteHi RagnusAmbrosious,
After performing wipe cache partition, please try safe mode and get back to us if you have any issues.
If your phone is misbehaving, a third-party app may be causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe Mode feature. In Safe Mode, your phone won't run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and removes the app that may be causing the problem.
Here are the steps for Safe mode:
1. Turn the device off.
2. Press and hold the Power key.
3. When 'Samsung' appears on the screen, release the Power key.
4. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
5. Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
6. 'Safe mode' displays in the bottom left corner of the screen.
7. Release the Volume down key when you see 'Safe Mode.'
