Note20 Ultra can't update to oneui 4

I am located in Canada and my phone is AT&T US unlocked version. My carrier is Telus. Please help! When I try to update it just says software up to date..

Unfortunately you'll need to wait for the update to be released to the N986U/U1 model. Updates aren't released based on the carrier you're with.

What is the model number of your Note?

Probably need an AT&T SIM to get the OTA, or you could download the CORRECT Firmware using Frija & Flash it with Odin.

Don't think you need sim from carrier, my friend got update for Zflip 3 from USA and he is on Telus network
