Galaxy NoteNormally when "Clear" is greyed out, it normally means (even if you have some banners) That you have no notifications.
But try this:
Ask Bixby to read you your new notification.
"Read me my notifications"
Or
"How many new notifications do I have"
Note that, like the Shazam app I see in the picture, you have some apps which you've allowed to always to show on top.

@Vía, what you said is correct. If the option Clear is greyed out, it means there are no notifications on your device.
You will receive notifications for the apps which are enabled on your device.
Please follow the steps below on your device to activate the notifications.
Go to Settings> Tap on Notifications> Tap on Show All> Enable the apps to get the notifications on your device.
We suggest you to follow the suggestions provided by Vía and check if it works fine.
