I preordered my note 7 from the official Samsung Canada website and would like to return it. The performance and battery life is underwhelming and I am not satisfied with this product. it gets hot after using it for a little bit and I can't seem to get more than 4 hours of screen on time. I have the original box and everything in it, and the phone has only been in use for 3 days.

if you read the fine print you're covered for 15 days after receiving either a "dead on arrival" (DOA) or "buyers remorse" to return it. I know because I'm dealing with this now as well as mine has a definitive wifi problem.

How would I go about returning it?
in the live chat they told me that they have no official return policy

too bad....love the phone. had battery issues...figured out it was mail app. disabled that and use gmail app instead. increased my battery life by 60%
