Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra.

Ive been using the app for a while & out of no where it just stopped working.  I've tried every thing from uninstall,  restart, cache clear,  etc.

Still keep getting the same error. "Couldn't load data". Froze on the start up screen.

Clicking on "retry", seems to have worked on my S23 Ultra One UI V6.1.

I don't know what PenUp needs to connect with, Samsung Servers?

If that's the case, it could be an issue on their end?

I had the same error as you reported, Uninstalled & Downloaded the previous version from apk mirror, same issue.

You could always go to the Samsung Members app & Click on Support & Scroll down to Send Error Report to Samsung, Or in PenUp Settings, Scroll down to Contact Us & Send the error report from there. See if they get back to you?

If that didn't work for you, go to Settings > Apps Search for PenUp & Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot... see if that works for you?

Hi, we appreciate your efforts in performing all the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the PenUp app issue.

We kindly request you to send us an error report using Samsung members application.

Open the Samsung Members app, and then tap the + key at the bottom right > Tap Error reports > A message will populate for you to choose Always to send the system log data or Just this time. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan > You will be able to choose from Category on what issue your device might be experiencing among the list > Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.
