I've had some serious issues with my phone. My calls are being listened to, texts and files being removed, calls being redirected. I was having the same issue with my router I'm dealing with that as. As for the phone, under developer options I checked whats running in the background and its a bunch of things I've never noticed before. I have reset my phone but am still having the issue and also noticed that all of a sudden there is work profile I never created. A lot of them say "remote" on them. Google Play Services has 17 services running which are all weird. Anyone else have this issue?  Below are some of the things Im seeing. I know some are legit.

Google Play has these running:

-CollectionService

-DispatchingService

- ExposureMatchingService

-DeviceConnectionWatcherSevice

- GcmService

- PendingIntenCallbackService

- FitRecordingBroker

- ContextManagerService

- NearbyDirectService

- CableAuthenticatorService

- EmergencyPersistentService

- ClearcutDebugDumpService

- EastworldService

MobileWips

-MobileWipsService

Bluetooth

- BluetoothAudioCastService

- A2dpService

- GattService

- BluetoothPbapService

- HearingAidService

- SapService

- HidDeviceService

Processes=

Main Process- com.android.blutooth

Service McfService in use - samsung Muliconnectivity (com.samsung.android.mcfserver)

Those are just some...It gets worse when WIFI is connected. I just did the update and nothing changed.

Should I be concerned?

Any chance you are using Samsung's Smartthings Tracker?

LOL...Of Course I did that.

This may all be related to my wifi because I all of a sudden had 9000 threats incoming. The ones with the highest were called "WANATTACKS". When I called my ISP they told me nothing malicious on their end; that its coming from my DNS server from one of my devices. I got rid of all my smart plugs, changed my Philips hue account info, got a new router, and just got my laptop replaced.

I recently had someone break into my apartment. My deadbolt, window, and my smoke alarm were tampered with. But nothing was taken. Only sounds of speakers can be heard in each room (even when the power is off). I found two partially melted candles in the bottom of my vase and two burnt cigarettes and paper with them), and also found my butane poured  inside my electric fireplace. I had a really strong electromagnetic field in my apartment and called my hydro company. They were supposed to call me to book an appointment. 20 mins later two guys showed up from my hydro company wanting access to my meter. They weren't able to  because my landlord wasn't available. So i called the hydro company 3 days later and they told me I never placed a call and they never sent any technicians.

I've called the police but because nothing was physically taken, they didn't do anything. They have been called 3x and they haven't been taking me seriously, even when I got sent to the hospital. I contacted the RCMP for cyber crimes and was told I have been doing the right thing but they cant do any investigations, only my local police can; which they haven't been.

I'm at a loss as to what I can do because I don't feel safe in my home. two of my friends have seen these things in person at my place and believe it, but no help from authorities. So I've been trying to protect myself by eliminating any possible way of being harmed. Both online and in person. Locks replaced, passwords changed, smart-devices unplugged, blutooth disconnected, location off, tv and electronics unplugged.

You still have those cigarettes? You want answers? He r@ped you. Whoever was smoking those cigarettes, broke into your apartment, and r@ped you. That's what you tell the cops. They run it for DNA, there ya go. I know it's **bleep** up, I know it's wrong, I know I'll probably go to hell for even suggesting this, but I don't care. He can explain what he was REALLY doing in your apartment to a jury of his peers.

@shaggyskunk1BLM...its funny you mentioned Smart Things. I purposely didn't install that app and it showed up as running in the background. I couldn't find it in my apps list so I went to the Galaxy Store and it said I could install it. When I tried to, it crashed. I sent the error report to Samsung by they never got it.

Any IoT is by definition a threat to your security. They are unsecured gateways to your LAN. You did good by removing them.

Now, what you're mentioning sounds extremely concerning. I'm worried of the inaction of your police. If someone broke in your house, an investigation should have been launched immediately.
I would review every single account you have. Close some too, including all unused accounts. Delete your social media accounts and apps. Format your phone and DON'T restore from any backup. I'm afraid that at this point, you have to go nuclear. Maybe also buy a security camera or two, NOT IoT CAMERAS!!!!!! Just good quality cameras you'd put in front of your doors to catch any future illegal entering. Get a good one so the face of the perpetrator(s) are clear so the police can act.

Got anyone that would want to harm you in any way?

To be honest...I originally thought my boyfriend had something to do with thia because I caught him doing some sketchy stuff on my cat cam. He maintains that he didn't do anything but even my friends say that according to videos he looks like he did something. He's been very adamant about us breaking up and has not believed a single thing I've said to him or shown him. He doesnt want to hear me talk about it. He called me crazy and told everyone close to me he can't help me. I went for a walk with him without our phones and when I checked the log on my router there weren't any attacks for that time period. when I showed him the videos for an explanation I accidently had the file path on the window. The next day that encrypted drive was removed from my computer. luckily I can access it on the cloud. We never had trust issues but I asked for his phone and checked his device history and his Google history and everything seems to be in the clear.

The other is my landlord because she recently lost $4000 in court because the judge didn't evict me. I've never missed a payment but she's been trying to get me evicted for a year now so she can raise rent for the next person. I've asked her to bring in an electrician but its been 2 weeks and nothing. I've asked her to replace my fridge and she hasn't.

Boyfriend has keys to my apartment. Landlord doesn't. The break in happened while I was in the hospital. My cousin was the one who called the ambulance and he said my boyfriend and him locked the door. When I got home locks were unlocked. I dont know what to think but Im definitely moving but it bgoing to take time. Im getting a new surveillance camera asap but I think the damage is done and any evidence is already taken.

Thank you all for your help with this...I appreciate it so much. If anyone knows someone I could reach out to that would take me seriously in Toronto Canada that would be helpful. When I reached out to the RCMP two white vans left my apartment. I've had unannounced police show up (one wearing running shoes) and there's no record of it at the police station. Yet they still don't help.

What kind of cameras could I get that I could also access remotel

You sound fully immersed in a big pile of dog poo. Your BF sounds toxic but don't take any advice on that matter from me because I'm not in a relationship. But personally, I'd distance myself from him. Again, don't take my advice directly. But do change your keys.

And your landlord is clearly an **bleep**.

Is there a 811 service in Toronto? They should be able to connect you to the relevant services for you.

And for the camera, I wouldn't buy one with remote access with all the Internet-related shenanigans you've endured so far.

A cooperation with an expert level 5 you really are trying to tell this girl she's wrong. When evidence shows otherwise. Why are you trying to cover this up? Do u play valuable roll in this? Since the spy ware is reply quite well as if u already have answers. Maybe your the one spying.

yes, you should be concerned because you believe you are being targeted. This will affect your experience.

In the google play store there's a good antivirs and anti malware app called Virus Total.

For peace of mind, download and run it.
