problem with latest security update

The newest update has locked and I can't get past what seems to be the complete download. It showing that it's paused. However it is not. There is no way to initiate the completion. It is frozen. I have shut down and restarted. This doesn't work. I really don't want to reset if I don't have too. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure how to fix it (I don't understand from b4 🤦♂️) but I'm just suggesting you back up your stuff if you can 🤷♂️
