I initially setup this feature when I got my Note 8 and it's always worked up until a couple of weeks ago. It didn't bother me until now since it no longer responds when I drive. I've deleted my voice model and retrained it using the Google app, but still no luck. I did come across "trouble with the microphone, try in a few seconds" error message upon retraining the voice model, which I found strange because I've had no issues with the mic. Bixby still responds flawlessly and I've done the mic diagnostic..

Anyone else come across this issue?

2. update Google to fix "ok google"

Already tried without the case and like I said Bixby works with or without the case. Also no update for Google, but thanks.

If implying a hardware issue, the Mic can be tested in the recorder. if it works then ur issue is the app version or the network quality.

latest Google version is v7.18.48.21

You could also uninstall Updates to Google Search - Reboot and Reinstall the Updates to Google Search - See if this kick starts ok Google for you 🐧

I also have to set my language to US English or it will not work.
