It's not terribly complicated - But I'm concerned that you thought that using VPN or something you would be able to get the International Variants Beta - By spoofing your location to France....
a) It doesn't work like that.
b) Exynos doesn't work on your Snapdragon device.
c) Seems like you need to do some more research & increase your understanding of how things work.

The beta program has been requested countless times by members. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like it'll ever happen. It is possible to get the official beta, but there are risks involved. It's not overly complicated, but you need to know how to troubleshoot if something does go wrong. You do need some technical knowledge as well.
