Somebody can help me please, do you know when my boyfriend will can text with the rest imessage, before I do the update on his phone we can see chat setting and after the update no more chat setting . But me I can text imessage with my samsung note 10 plus. Do you know which one update he will can text imessage.
Hi KaRi1949, Please note that RCS is a carrier based feature. I suggest you to contact the carrier and configure the chat features again. Before doing that, I suggest you to please wipe the cache partition by following the steps below.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and Power key.
- When the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo appears release all the keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted.
salut Keagan je viens voir tu parle français hihi je pensais juste parler en anglais, j'ai essayer ton petit truc que tu ma donner sur le note 9 le power et volume up mais sa pas marcher jai ete capable le faire sur ma tablette par exemple faire le test mais jai pas réussi a le faire sur son note 9 se que je voulais dire tento l'autre jour ont voyais parametre de clavardage dans le message des parametre et quand ont cliquai pour l'activer il etais en gris y marchais pas et jai faite sa mise a jour et parametre de clavardage a disparue
il ont dit qu'il avais aucun problème sur leurs cote que cetais attendre les mise a jour mais quand je les faite le parametre de clavardage a disparu alors qu'il etais la avant
