Please how can i update my galaxy note 9 system web viewer to enable some apps to function properly on my phone

This is the most recent version of Web View. 

Check to see if you have the same version? 

If the Play Store isn't showing you an update, if you have an older version (mine was updated November 20th), you can try Uninstalling ALL Updates of the app, Reboot & see if you can get it Updated?
