Galaxy NoteMaybe if you backup to an external storage device with Smart & Restore on a different phone.. you'll need to login to your Samsung Account on the other phone.

If your fingerprint sensor is broken, but you can still access the phone via another method (such as face recognition, PIN, or pattern), you can try switching to another authentication method for Samsung Pass.
Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Samsung Pass > Use alternative method (Pattern/PIN/Face Recognition).
If prompted for your fingerprint, select use alternative unlock and choose face recognition, pattern, or PIN instead.
You can also try this, if you have another Samsung phone or tablet linked to your Samsung account, you can log into Samsung Pass from that device.
Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Samsung Pass on the other device. Sign in with your Samsung account to access your saved data on that device.

There is NO > Use alternative method (Pattern/PIN/Face Recognition) option.
