Galaxy NoteTry do a wipe cache partition in recovery mode.
- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partition
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system
Also, please make sure all your apps are up-to-date by going to Galaxy Store and Google Play Store to check for updates.
If above suggestion not working, you may need to do a full backup and factory reset your phone.
