they told me to call (855) 254-4747. well I did it but an agent told me that dept of refunds will be open only tomorrow. will see

i called and they told me that i made business with videotron, so i hsve to contact videotron for refun or replace for another brand phone 😖

I would expect to have to contact the people I bought from to get a replacement/refund. That shouldn't surprise anyone. My issue is that I don't want to go that way. Nothing has happened to a Note 7 in Canada (and I really hope I'm not wrong on that!). The short version is that I have a Note 7 because I bought it early. I bought it early because I really want it. And I really want to keep it. Good luck to anyone who wants to bail, but go to your vendor for options, not the manufacturer.
