There is no official confirmation from Samsung yet...so everything you read on the internet up to this point is purely a guess.

However, if you go by past patterns, Samsung typically unveil the Note series at or close to the IFA in early September

Yeah there's a lot of speculation that they're announcing it in late August so I'd expect it to launch in September, latest would be early october. Note 7 was October 4th
