I'm confident I know the answer to this question but I'll ask it anyway.
Where I live there is hardly any cell service, so to save battery I use the phone in Flight Mode and use Wifi and Wifi Calling for all my usage at home.
I'm wondering if there is any way to re-enable the S Pen remote while in Flight Mode?
No unfortunately. That would defeat the purpose of Flight Mode. The S-Pen uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) but is not enabled solely by enabling Bluetooth.
@kylepetten, you can check out this post on XDA, it was posted back in August 2017, not sure it this still works but it might be worth for you to take a look
It definitely would not defeat the purpose of flight mode as both Wifi and Bluetooth can be turned back on after flight mode is engaged, as I'm sure you know. So Samsung adding this feature to a pull down menu option would be a good idea I think.
