Samsung care status in members app

I got Samsung care when i got my note 20 Ultra for 2 years. It used to show status in members but now I can't find it anywhere. I got a tab s7 plus today and got Samsung care with it and same thing is happening in it. Where can i find status on my care?

4.0.00.16 is the version. It shows fine on my tablet that i bought yesterday

Hi, could you Sign out from your Samsung account then perform clear cache and data for the Samsung Members app.
