I am logged into my Samsung account on Galaxy Note10+ and I have just noticed a few things in my Samsung Members app:
- firstly, my registered products (phone, watch etc.) were not displayed. Had added them manually again.
- secondly, My Page is showing a [CDATA] my full name rather than showing My Page with my phone and other account related information. The fact that it is showing [CDATA] indicates that there is something wrong.
Are you using Samsung US or Samsung Canada - A couple of years ago I had registered various devices - But they were all registered on the US Samsung site - You might want to check which Samsung site you have actually registered with 🐧
