Screen Protector Note 10 plus

Samsung, I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service.  I've done the text a chat twice today.  I am enquiring HOW I can get a screen protector that originally came on my Note 10 plus...I need a replacement.   It's not available to purchase through Samsung.   

The first person asked if I tried to purchase it somewhere else? I said no, then they disappeared...

Second chat person apologized and said Samsung does not sell them..

The chat showed the agen still typing. I assumed (mistake #1) the agent would give an alternate suggestion..

NOPE, they disappeared and my question of "any suggestions howbI can get one" wouldn't go through!

I read comments and followed suggestions of getting it from "u break I fix" they quoted me 70.00 or the lowest 40.00...... For a plastic screen protector???

When, you pay full price for a phone less than 2 years, there should be some help! These phones are not cheap and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing 😑

Forget about all other screen protector; what you need is this!!!
With this you can even sleep on your phone, sit on it, use it as cushion... it will never break/crack with this on. 😊
