Galaxy Note@VJn, As the issue is after the android update, please try to wipe the cache partition and let us know if it works.
If it didn't work please try to clear the cache and data of the smart view app and check if it works.
Follow the below steps to clear cache and data:
Open (Phone) settings >> Apps >> Smart View >> Storage >> Clear cache and Data.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
Also, Resetting network settings might help.
Open Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings. (This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth.)
Get back to us with the result.
