Galaxy Note
Hi guys,
Not sure how many members having such an issue. I have updated my Note9 and Samsung Email app not send out my email. All email stuck at Outbox. The issue trigger if:
- using shaw.ca
- Email setup sync with Exchange ActiveSync
I just realised today and have 2 days email stuck. I tried wipe cache patition, removed account and re-add account. Nothing works.
Finally, I change the email settings to IMAP and seems to be problem solved. If anyone who has problem with Shaw Exchange ActiveSync, try switching to IMAP settings for now.

Ok, first of all, you need to remove your existing account from settings. Then, follow my attachment, to add the imap account.

Looks like too small for the attachment. Go to Google. Search "shaw android email settings" and you will see the instruction for imap.

Galaxy NoteTry imap.shaw.ca......not Active sync, exchange server or pop3. As well I switched to Gmail instead of default Samsung app, and you can still keep your shaw.ca email address....hope this helps.
