Trouble using automatic check deposit

I am trying to deposit a check. I can't take a picture of the front or back because the camera icon is in the same spot as the close screen spot So it closes the screen rather than takes the picture. What can I do to make it work.  I had no problems with my previous Samsung  note phone

I am using CIBC with Note. I do not have such problem thou.

I use RBC and envision credit union and have zero issues on my past three phones
