Galaxy NoteWhen something like that happen, you just have to disable your Wi-Fi 1 second and activate it again if you're sure of your Wi-Fi connection.
Sometimes, the provider limit the Wi-Fi speed when there is no activity on the device and when you try to do something, you realise than the speed of your connection is pratically shotdown to zero.
