With my note9 i got this little adapter which plugs into the charging port that allows a USB connection. I have some files on my USB stick that I would like to transfer to my phone and vise versa. First.. nothing happens when I insert the USB stick. My note9 manual mentions to use smart switch, which still nothing happens. Now I assume the drive would show up in file manager but nothing. Hopefully someone can assist me with this. Thanks
Hello @Zeoswj, do you know how your USB drive is formatted? If it is NTFS, reformat it to exFAT of FAT32. Reformatting the drive will erase its contents however, so be sure to back it up. -Jenna
