video call via phone error

hi guys. can help me to fix this problem please. I'm using Note FE. before this i can video call via phone but now when i try video call it become call ended everytime i call. when someone try video call me i can answer but i cant call back. help me please. thanks!

Have you tried clearing cache data and force stop for your Camera? Other then that, are you using 3rd party apps to do video call? If yes, do the same thing (clear cache and force stop for those apps as well). You may try to do Reset Settings as well and try to monitor in Safe Mode
