Hi,
Everything was working fine until a couple of months back. Whenever I make an audio call over whatsapp, it drops exactly around 1min. I did restart, reset settings, contacted my provider but they couldn't figure out what happened. Later I figured out that it was because my bluetooth was on. Whenever bluetooth is off, call doesn't drop. Seems like it has something to do with the OS? I usually connect my Gear S3 and IconX to bluetooth. Any idea?

Hi hectormj, we suggest you to check for any device update and any App update from the Playstore.

You could try Resetting the Network settings on your phone.

Settings > General Management and Reset Network settings.

Reboot.

Yeah, sorry I missed that.

If you are using Bluetooth Earbuds / Headset during voice calls, does it still drop after a minute?

I don't use WhatsApp, but with Signal, either using Bluetooth Earbuds, or the phone's speaker / mic calls don't drop.

Is there a setting in WhatsApp where you can prioritize WiFi calls over Cell calls & vice versa? I know there's something like that in some chat apps.

You could always go to the Samsung Members app & Click on Support, scroll down to Send Feedback & Click on Error Reports & send it to Samsung. See if they get back to you with something useful?

We request you to generate error report by following below steps:

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

How long does it usually take?

Don't know if there's a "usual" amount of time for someone to respond, if they even do?

In the meantime, you could also open the Samsung Members app > Click on Support > Diagnostics and run the Diagnostics for Bluetooth. See if you get any error messages?

I also noticed that When I make a Whatsapp voice call on the Note the watch takes over the call. It plays on the watch. I think this has something to do with my issue.
