Where can I find the setup or wps for my note 9+

There is no WPS button on Note9. The WPS button is on your Router, if it is support this feature.

You may need to login to your router to enable WPS feature and configure it.

Well, there is no setting needed on the phone. The process should be enable and configure the WPS feature on the router. Then 1 click on WPS button. Then, on the phone, click on the SSID and the phone will connected automatically. This is how WPS work.

If not using WPS, we need to choose SSID and input the passphrase in order to connect WiFi.
