I don't know why you would consider a lawsuit if you don't get the pie update? That is totally and completely nutty. It has nothing to do with you if you don't get the update. Any court will throw out a frivolous suit like this. Just think about the title of the Rolling Stones song "You Can't Always Get What You Want".
