I keep getting the same type of replies when i ask a question for help, how to know if it's A.I or just someone replying from a script.

Helnna, it's the advice you're given to hand out, it feels as if your Reading a sript, often the same answer for multiple issues & this no matter the device, i have seen this before with other manufacturers who don't even have humans to respond they use A.I to respond to customers quiry & it repeats the same script of how to.
Especially if you're issue & the solution don't necessarily match up because it's in a hidden menu that wasn't mentioned in the procedure then you need to try & locate it. It should be mentioned that if the solution requires you to open certain sub menus. It would help.
I am so used to having to fight with A.I telling ne what to do & neglecting certain details because it has a limited script. I don't blame you, i just find that some the answers Given feel scripted & the script is Missing details. So I don't know who created the information for staff to give to users. A good old revision won't hurt. 😊

Please tell the program team that buxby needs to learn about compliance. I don't like A.I that wont do as i command. Example, hi Bixby stop all outgoing downloads & turn off wifi. (Bixbi) I'M SORRY I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT. 🤬, if this is A. I then I don't like it. A two year old understands the meaning of stop. What am i dealing with here, som silly program that's got the i.q of a new born. Gees, Google also isn't helping, all download's must be done by wifi, let em know to fux this & allow our choice of network. If i want to use my 5g it's my choice, if they won't comply then dump Google & Samsung can create it's own version of Android & surpass Google. I am extremely fed up, the more everything moves forward the worse it gets, the A I is moving so fast but not evolving that well, tell H.Q that if i must i am ready to connect Bixby A.I to my head & make it evolve. When you tell it a command it just acts like it cant understand certain command's, it needs major work. Like i said as a example, make Bixby understand that if i say stop all download's it means exactly that STOP ALL DOWNLOADS. not continue the task & say it doesn't understand, that makes me want to delete it from my device. If i was dealing with soldiers & they did this to me, they would no sooner be grilled on the importance of obeying command's, isn't A.I supoised to understand that
