After installing android 13, I've noticed that the adaptive refresh function does not work anymore. It's permanently on 120 hertz and no matter what I do, it stays there. Anyone else having this issue?
I suggest you do what @RedDogRabbit told you to do back everything up and factory reset the phone. When it comes to a big update like this you should always do that.
