Yo, so whenever I open Snapchat, it always freezes and the animations are all messed up. It's like the app is stuck or something. Can you help me fix this, Samsung? I'm using the S24 Ultra, by the way.
Oh, and I blurred out the people in the screenshot for privacy reasons. But you can still see the problem at the top.
You can try clearing your cache or uninstalling the app but don't delete your data because you might lose your account unless you remember the password. Try uninstalling but before you uninstall check the box that says to keep your data so that when you reinstall everything stays. I had an issue with my snap as well and this fixed it.
