Hello, messaging from Canada. Just updated my phone yesterday to android 12 - 4.0 and straight away I am experiencing major problems. I cannot use the top of my screen on portrait mode. It does not let me tap on search bar on whatever app I am on. I updated with the official OTA update feom Rogers which is my carrier. Anyone else having the same issue? Is there any solution other than downgrading the OS? Thanks

Nope, zero issues with my S20 Ultra One UI V4.0.

If you have that many issues, then I'd backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

I along with many others, always Factory Reset after any Android version update.

That's pretty much all I've got left to do. Factory reset.

Prior to Factory Reset, try go to recovery mode and do a wipe cache partition and see if it fix your problem.

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partition
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system

I definitely will be trying that before wiping the whole phone out with the factory reset. Thanks!

Factory reset is done and all problems fixed. Thank buddy! I recovered my data from back up and phone looks like I had it before but everything works perfectly now.
