It's not an "issue", he's asking when Android 12 /One UI 4.0 will be available.
The answer depends on what device he has. For some the answer is never, for eligible phones, towards the end of this year & then spread out over 2022.

Lol, yeah that's not going to happen. I'm not even sure that Samsung's Canadian moderators are actually in Canada.
