Hello all,
Hoping someone can help.
I downloaded the new update, android 13 UI 5, and it really messed up my phone.

I've noticed 2 things so far.

1. I have to have my phone in light mode or my notifications show up all white in the bar and I can see them.

2. I have a huge gap at the bottom of my phone now and can't get rid of it with the navigation bar settings like you normally could.

I'm on the verge of factory data resetting my phone but want to avoid this if I can.

Thanks

Are you using or have you used Theme Park in Good Lock?

Hi, we suggest you to perform Wipe cache on your device.

This will not erase personal data on the phone.

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.(("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

4) Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.”

5) Press the Power key to select.

6) Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.

7) When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.

8)Press the Power key to restart the device.

We request you please check the issue after performing the above steps.

This worked for the gap issue but not the keyboard issue

For your #1 issue, are you using Goodlock QuickStar? As I know that there is a bug on QuickStar with OneUI5.

I was using it, but I wiped it completely from the phone, but it seemed to stay, which is mind-boggling

What about if you turn off colour palette? Will the colour back to normal?
