Android 13 ONE UI 5 UPDATE

In Canada, has anybody got the new android 13 One UI 5 update for Galaxy S20 plus 5G? As well as the monthly security updates? 

I haven't received any update after receiving the September security update.

I bought S20+ brand new from ebay in Aug 2023, and I m on Android 12 still 😔

Check the model number, it's almost certainly not a Canadian device.

Model number for the Canadian device is:

SM-G988W for the Ultra.

Where you see the "W", yours has either:

U/U1, O, B/DS, B, or N.

None of which are Canadian and other than the U/U1 none even have the Snapdragon chip.

Mine istheSM-G986U . Yes it is US unlocked and on Android 12 still.
I have another Samsung model SM-G986U1 and it had received Android 13 though.

The one with just the "U", isn't normally a Carrier Unlocked device. That's likely why it is on Android 12.
