Android 13 ONE UI 5 UPDATE

In Canada, has anybody got the new android 13 One UI 5 update for Galaxy S20 plus 5G? As well as the monthly security updates? 

I haven't received any update after receiving the September security update.

My S20 Ultra is still on the September Security Patch as well. 

One UI V5.0 Update is TENTATIVELY scheduled for December 6th.
