Android 14 update for s21 olympic edition

My mobile is S21 G991Q olympic edition and it cannot upgrade to android 14 until now.When can I get upgrade？

What is the full model number of your device, ie SM-XXXXX in Settings > About Phone?

It's likely that it is not a Canadian / North American device. 

If that's the case, download the One UI V6.0 Firmware to your computer & Flash it with Odin.

Download & Install this app "CPU X" from the Play Store.

The SM-G991Q was available with either the Snapdragon chip, or Exynos chipset.

You need to know which Chipset is in your device. 

You can see in my screen shot, that my S23 Ultra has the Qualcomm Snapdragon Chip.

You should be able to download the CORRECT Firmware from Sammobile & Flash it with Odin (Odin is also available from Sammobile).

I still can not find uI6.0 firmware for SM-G991Q model from Sammobile.I am wondering if it has not supported this model yet.

I think that the "Q" in the model number is only for the purpose of identifying the device as an "Olympic" version, which is why I asked you to download the app "CPU X" and post the screen shot of the model, as that would identify the chipset, ie: Qualcomm Snapdragon, or Samsung's Exynos chipset.

Once you know which Chipset is installed, then the Firmware would be determined. Which would then allow to find the correct Firmware. Other than the chipset, there's nothing different in the Firmware from the North American Snapdragon or the International Exynos variant.

Hi, I have the same problem for olympic edition not update to android 14. They don't even have security patches.
